A complete CNG sequential kit laid out: reducer, injectors, ECU, pipes and wiring

Run your petrol car on CNG and keep the petrol option

A CNG conversion adds a gas system next to your car's petrol system. Your car stays bi-fuel: a switch on the dashboard lets you choose CNG or petrol, and the petrol tank stays exactly where it is.

We fit CNG kits at our Coimbatore and Erode workshops, including Motozen kits, and help you with the RTO paperwork so the CNG fitment is recorded on your RC.

Tell us your car model, year and how much you drive each month. We will recommend the kit and tank that suit your engine.

Which CNG system suits your car

The right system depends on the engine. We look at your car before we recommend one.

Sequential CNG kit

Gas injectors work like petrol injectors and deliver a measured amount of gas to each cylinder. Available for 3, 4, 6 and 8 cylinder engines and closest to petrol performance. Read more.

Conventional (open loop) kit

A simpler system for older or basic engines. It needs periodic adjustment to give its best and may show an engine-lamp warning. See services.

Direct injection kit

For direct injection petrol engines such as T-GDI, FSI, EcoBoost and TSI. The engine runs mainly on gas with a small share of petrol. Read more.

What goes into your car

  • CNG cylinder with multivalve, mounted securely (usually in the boot)
  • High-pressure pipe from the cylinder to the engine bay
  • Filling valve (nozzle) for the CNG station
  • Pressure reducer that steps the gas pressure down for the engine
  • Gas injectors and rail (sequential kits) or a mixer (conventional kits)
  • Kit ECU and wiring harness
  • Dashboard switch with fuel level indicator
  • Gas filter and sensors

How a conversion works, step by step

Most fittings are completed at our workshop on the same day.

  1. Visit or call us

Bring your car to our Coimbatore or Erode workshop, or call first. We check the engine and confirm which kit suits it.

  2. Choose the kit and tank

We explain the options and the boot space each tank needs, then agree the kit with you.

  3. Give us your papers

Keep your RC, insurance and pollution certificate ready. We handle the RTO documentation.

  4. Installation by our technicians

The tank, pipes, reducer, injectors and ECU are fitted, then checked for leaks.

  5. Tuning and test drive

The kit is calibrated so the car changes over smoothly between petrol and CNG.

  6. RC endorsement

We help you get the CNG fitment recorded on your RC, so you can drive legally from day one. See Safety & RTO rules.

Good to know before you convert
  • The tank uses boot space. Ask us about tank shapes and sizes if boot space matters to you.
  • A small drop in pickup on CNG is normal, more so with conventional kits.
  • Plan your routes: check where CNG stations are on the roads you use most.
  • CNG cylinders need periodic testing. See Safety & RTO rules.

Common questions

Yes. The petrol system stays in place. You can switch between CNG and petrol from the dashboard.

It can, depending on the car maker. If your car is under warranty, check with your dealer before you convert.

The price depends on your car, the kit and the tank. Request a quote and we will give you a clear figure.
